DARRYL WORLEY SETS DATE FOR 2009 TENNESSEE RIVER RUN BASS TOURNAMENT
Team Trails Bass Tournaments To Coordinate Event
(Nashville, Tennessee.) -- - Organizers of Darryl Worley's 8th Annual Tennessee River Run have set Saturday, November 7, 2009 as the date for this year's Bass Fishing Tournament on scenic Pickwick Lake. The move away from September's Tennessee River Run was made to accommodate angler availability and better fishing conditions on Pickwick Lake. In addition, Team Trails Bass Tournaments has been contracted to handle the registration, logistics and other details related to the tournament.
"We always had a good turnout for the tournament in September, but after talking to folks who have fished in years past we felt like scheduling it in November will enable more anglers to participate," said Worley. "Team Trails are the best at putting on tournaments, and we feel like this relationship will take the River Run tournament to a new level and raise even more money for the (Darryl Worley) Foundation."
